Peter C. Brinzey
Vice President

Peter Brinzey joined The Kessler Group in February 2004. He is responsible for portfolio acquisition and relationship management for large credit unions whose credit card portfolio values exceed $50 million. Having come from the energy business, where he led asset acquisition and development efforts, Mr. Brinzey is proficient in the structuring of complex financial transactions, as well as long-term partnership agreements of a large economic scale.

Mr. Brinzey holds a B.A. from North Carolina State University.

Robert F. Curry
Executive Vice President, Managing Director

Bob Curry is responsible for consumer credit card loan portfolio acquisition activities for The Kessler Group, including business planning and financial analysis. Mr. Curry joined the company in May 2001 from Citigroup, where he led business development and credit card acquisition activities. He has completed over $25 billion in consumer credit acquisitions and is an accomplished and recognized consumer portfolio valuation expert.

Mr. Curry holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University.

Todd J. DaCosta
Executive Vice President

Todd DaCosta is the national sales manager for all business development and acquisition activities in the Financial Institution marketplace of The Kessler Group. He joined the company in 1988 and has 19 years of experience in the credit card business. Prior to joining the company, Mr. DaCosta was employed at First Data Resources.

Mr. DaCosta holds a BSBA from Nichols College.

Steven P. Fuld
Senior Vice President

Steven Fuld founded and is responsible for the credit union business unit within The Kessler Group. Under his leadership, the company has developed credit card outsourcing solutions for credit unions to improve the financial returns of their portfolios and dramatically enhance the products and services offered to their members. Mr. Fuld continues to evolve the company's credit union business unit by developing solutions to complement and enhance auto loan and real estate based lending offerings in the credit union market.

Prior to joining The Kessler Group in 1999, Mr. Fuld spent six years at companies now part of Citigroup, in marketing, finance, and business development roles.

Mr. Fuld holds a BA from Emory University.

Brent Godfrey
Vice President

Brent Godfrey is responsible for credit union business development in the eastern U.S. With 10 years of experience in the credit card industry, Mr. Godfrey has held numerous credit card marketing consulting and business development positions at The Kessler Group. He helped launch MBNA's first international expansion efforts and has played key roles with the investment banking, co-brand, and affinity card businesses. Prior to his tenure at the company, Mr. Godfrey held business development roles with Parson Group, a talent search firm specializing in the accounting and finance needs of multinational corporations, and in technical sales with MCI WorldCom.

Mr. Godfrey holds BA degrees in Marketing and Business Management from Kent State University.

Matt Hawkins
Vice President

Matt Hawkins is responsible for business development and acquisition activities for financial institutions and credit unions in the Northeastern United States. Mr. Hawkins joined The Kessler Group's portfolio team in 1994.

Mr. Hawkins holds a BA in economics from Tufts University.

Alan C. Herscott
Vice President

Alan Herscott is responsible for financial institution and credit union partnerships in the Midwestern United States. He joined The Kessler Group in March of 1998 as Vice President, responsible for affinity credit card sales. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Herscott spent 12 years as Vice President of Investments for Smith Barney.

Mr. Herscott holds a BS degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.

Gregg Hoffman
Vice President

Gregg Hoffman is a regional sales executive responsible for portfolio acquisitions in the card issuing, merchant acquiring, and ATM marketplaces. Mr. Hoffman has 11 years experience in the electronic payments industry, including senior sales positions with MBNA America and Partners First Holdings. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mr. Hoffman served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Hoffman holds a BAAS from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Boston University.

Jay Iannini
Vice President

Jay Iannini is responsible for developing portfolio acquisition opportunities for The Kessler Group in the bank and thrift marketplace. He has been with the company since 1994 and joined the portfolio team in 1999.

Mr. Iannini holds a BA from Tufts University, as well as an MBA from Boston University.

William J. Janoch
Director, Investment Banking

Bill Janoch manages the acquisition process for The Kessler Group, working with both the buying and selling parties to facilitate transactions. Mr. Janoch has over 15 years experience in the credit card business and has directed the acquisition of more than 300 credit card portfolios.

Mr. Janoch holds a BS in Finance from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA in Management from the University of Dayton.

Kevin B. Mulligan
Senior Vice President

Kevin Mulligan is responsible for all portfolio acquisition activity for the Community Financial Institution market. He has been with The Kessler Group since 1997. Mr. Mulligan brings over 15 years of credit card experience to his position.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Mulligan spent two years with First Data and four years with BayBank, now a part of Bank of America.

Mr. Mulligan holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley College.

Al M. Tringali
Senior Executive Vice President
Managing Director

Al Tringali is responsible for The Kessler Group's Investment Banking/Portfolio Solutions unit and manages the company's U.S. Bank relationship. Mr. Tringali manages all aspects of business development, operational execution and partner development. Shortly after joining the company in 1989, Mr. Tringali launched the Kessler Financial Institution partnership and portfolio acquisition business, which has resulted in over 1,000 partnerships with The Kessler Group's clients. His most recent business development initiative has been the creation of Kessler's healthcare payment division, specializing in bringing the efficiency of electronic payments to both healthcare payers and providers.

Mr. Tringali is an accomplished industry executive with over 25 years of experience in the payments industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tringali held executive positions at First Data Resources and Bank of New England.

Mr. Tringali holds a BS from Salem State College.

Nate Truelson
Vice President

Nate Truelson has been with The Kessler Group since May 2006 and is responsible for credit union business development throughout the midwestern U.S. He brings over 10 years experience in the financial services industry and five within the credit union community. Prior to his tenure with The Kessler Group, Mr. Truelson oversaw all business development activities as National Sales Director for Corporate Network eCom, LLC (eCom), one of U.S. Central Credit Union's CUSO subsidiaries. Prior to that, Mr. Truelson was Vice President in the correspondent banking division for UMB Bank, n.a., a $9 billion bank holding company in Kansas City, Missouri that serves over 1,000 community banks throughout the Midwest.

Mr. Truelson has an MBA from Lincoln University and a BA from Truman State University, both in Missouri.
