Investment Banking
The Investment Banking team advises clients on the acquisition or sale of consumer finance asset portfolios, typically comprising credit card or unsecured loan receivables.
The Investment Banking team was established in 2004 and now comprises four professionals with a track record of working in consumer finance. In the last 18 months, the Investment Banking team has facilitated seven transactions representing over £550 million of assets.
The Insurance Partnerships unit specialises in developing international affinity insurance programs for customer groups, member groups and employee groups.
For affinity clients, KFSI provides new product development and insurance marketing support. It sources and implements unique products that help its clients differentiate their insurance offering from competitors. KFSI only works with reputable life and general insurers that govern their business to the same high standard as KFSI.
For underwriters (and their brokers), KFSI plays a meaningful role in the sourcing of new affinity clients as well as through placement of the firms' products to KFSI's growing affinity client base.
The Insurance Partnerships team stands ready to support its international clientele. From its London office, it can tap into the global insurance and reinsurance contacts within the London City and Lloyds Insurance markets.
Business Development
The Business Development team provide sales, marketing and relationship management services to financial services providers who operate in the affinity and co-brand markets.
KFSI acts as the interface between financial services providers and existing or potential affinity or co-brand partners by uniquely balancing the needs of both parties.
What makes KFSI unique is our ability to work alongside the Investment Banking team to deliver packaged affinity endorsements i.e. brand endorsement and asset portfolios. In the last two years we have helped to acquire over 200 affinity and co-brand partnerships on behalf of our UK clients.
