The Investment Banking team advises clients on the acquisition or sale of consumer finance asset portfolios, typically comprising credit card or unsecured loan receivables. The Kessler Group is the market leader in completing asset portfolio transactions within the affinity and co-brand markets.

The Investment Banking team is led by Islam Al Bayaa from the London office. The team comprises four professionals with a track record of working in consumer finance. In the last 2 years, the Investment Banking team has facilitated seven transactions representing over £550 million of assets.
