The Challenge:
KFSI was hired to manage the transfer of 120 different credit card brands with assets totalling over £200 million in only eight weeks.
The Solution:
The KFSI Business Development team negotiated with each of the 120 partners to assign or novate their long-term contract with the financial services provider.
Working to a tight deadline, it was imperative that KFSI responded to the needs and priorities of the affinity and co-brand partners, whilst also meeting the business and financial targets of the new card issuer.
The Results:
KFSI's ability to both source AND deliver on this project meant that this transaction provided an immediate and significant growth opportunity for the client. The affinity and co-brand partners benefitted through:
