Kessler Financial Services International (KFSI) is the international division of The Kessler Group, a group of privately held companies with its worldwide headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. The Kessler Group pioneered the affinity credit card marketplace, and KFSI is focused on delivering affinity and co-brand business solutions to clients outside of North America.

KFSI's expertise includes deal structuring, portfolio evaluation, asset transfer, business development and relationship management services. Our core market focus is credit cards, consumer finance and insurance.

Investment Banking

The Investment Banking team advises clients on the acquisition or sale of consumer finance asset portfolios, typically comprising credit card or unsecured loan receivables.

The Insurance Partnerships unit specialises in developing international affinity insurance programs for customer groups, member groups and employee groups.

Business Development

The Business Development team provides sales, marketing and relationship management services to financial services providers who operate in the affinity and co-branded markets.
