Since joining The Kessler Group in 1994, Jon Sandler has been a key driver of the company's growth, diversification, and global expansion. As Vice Chairman, Mr. Sandler's responsibilities include the development of new clients, businesses, geographic markets, and growth strategies. In his role as CFO, Mr. Sandler oversees the company's financial, legal, and strategic planning functions. Finally, as CEO of Kessler Capital, Mr. Sandler created and is leading the development of the company's newly formed principal investment business.

Mr. Sandler joined The Kessler Group from Gemini Consulting (The MAC Group), where he was a Principal in its financial services strategy practice. Mr. Sandler was previously in the Merchant Banking Group at Bankers Trust Company.

Mr. Sandler holds both a BA and an MBA from Harvard University.
