Since 2006, The Kessler Group's Risk Syndication Unit has been led by its CEO, Shikhar Ghosh. The Risk Syndication business enables The Kessler Group's bank clients and their endorsing partners to generate additional income and improve strategic positioning with endorsing groups by making a credit card offer to previously unmailed segments.

Mr. Ghosh brings to Kessler a wealth of experience and accomplishment — especially related to building new businesses. Shortly after graduating from Harvard Business School, he became a partner at The Boston Consulting Group. He then started APEX Corporation, a financial and fraud clearinghouse for cellular phone companies. After he sold that business to EDS (Electronic Data Systems), Mr. Ghosh founded (and subsequently sold) Open Market Inc., one of the largest and most successful commerce companies on the Internet. Prior to 2006, Mr. Ghosh was on the faculty of Harvard Business School as their Entrepreneur in Residence.

Shikhar Ghosh holds a BA from Bombay University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
